Middle School Strength Development at Bay Port HS

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop great work habits and to ensure each athlete begins to maximize their potential.  Improvement in a sport occurs in 3 places.  1. You become more competitive.  2. You become more skilled  3. You become a better athlete, i.e faster more explosive.  Our focus is on #3.  In sports today so much time and energy is focused on traveling teams and tournaments.  Sometimes we lose sight of the reality that it is a small part of maximizing each athletes ability to reach their full potential.  Let's get better future pirates, and have fun doing it!!!
